Payment, Booking & Return Policies
To secure a curated tour or vehicle rental, a deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and secure bank transfers. Pricing is subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund, minus administrative fees. Detailed cancellation policies and specific warranties regarding your travel package will be provided directly in your formal booking agreement.
User Account Terms
If you are provided with a booking portal account or a unique reference portal to manage your itinerary, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our website or services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
